They red flagged me. Thats crap. I spend a lot of money at planet beauty. There had been no samples of products. No way to try. I will not keep a product that doesnt work for me.. I work hard for my $$ if you are going to do that to your customers. I would get lots of gift cards ready to calm customer down.. bad customer service. Not the stores or there employees. But the head people. You dont keep customer that way..sales people only doing what they are told to do. And always short on most products. Cant get or limited or what ever..

Didn't receive pumps for my shampoo conditioner gallons
On your website you dont say that the liter sized shampoo conditioner dont come with pumps. That should be noted. I dont have them now and I dont want to pay shipping again when they could have been included in first shipment. I would add that to the product description if I were you. Its extreme lengthy process to get customer help
